Right of Return

A return is possible within 14 days of receipt of the goods.

Requirements:

• The product is unused
• The original packaging is present
• The goods are in perfect condition

For hygiene reasons, opened or already used products may be excluded from return.

Unpaid postage or unannounced returns cannot be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are, as a rule, borne by the buyer.
In the event of a faulty or damaged delivery, we naturally cover the return shipping costs.

Refund

After inspection of the goods, the refund is issued via the payment method originally chosen.
Processing time may take several business days, depending on the payment provider.

Statutory Warranty

The statutory provisions of Switzerland apply.
Should a product have a defect, please contact us immediately.
