1. Scope of Application
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed via Ettel's AG's online shop.
They apply to customers in Switzerland, the European Union, and other countries to which deliveries are made.
By placing an order, customers agree to these GTC.

3. Conclusion of Contract
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer.
By submitting an order, customers make a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract.
The contract is concluded as soon as the order confirmation is sent by email.
4. Prices and Taxes
All prices are shown in the currency specified in the online shop.
For deliveries outside of Switzerland, additional customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees may apply. These are to be borne by the customer.
The prices at the time of the order are decisive.
5. Payment Terms
Payment is made via the payment methods offered at checkout.
Payment processing is handled by Shopify Payments and, if applicable, other payment service providers.
Ettel’s AG does not store complete credit card or sensitive payment data.
6. Delivery
Delivery will be made to the address provided by the customer.
Delivery times are non-binding unless expressly assured as binding.
Partial deliveries are permissible if they are reasonable for the customer.
The risk passes to the customer upon handover to the transport company, to the extent permitted by law.

7. Right of Withdrawal (for Consumers)
7.1 Switzerland
In Switzerland, there is no statutory right of withdrawal.
The return policy published on the website applies.
7.2 European Union
Consumers residing in the EU have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without stating any reasons.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from receipt of the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, a clear declaration by email to info@ettels.ch is sufficient.
The cost of return shipping shall be borne by the buyer, unless otherwise agreed.
Excluded from the right of withdrawal are sealed goods that are not suitable for return for hygienic reasons if their seal has been removed after delivery.
8. Warranty
The statutory warranty rights of the respective country in which the customer has their usual residence apply, provided mandatory provisions are applicable.
To the extent permitted by law, warranty will be provided, at Ettel's AG's discretion, by repair or replacement.
9. Liability
The liability of Ettel's AG is limited to intent and gross negligence, to the extent permitted by law.
No liability is assumed for indirect damages, consequential damages, or lost profits, to the extent permitted by law.
Mandatory statutory liability provisions remain unaffected.
10. Product Information
The products are exclusively intended for their designated purpose.
Application instructions must be observed.
Individual results may vary.
11. Data Protection
The separate data protection policy applies.
12. Applicable Law
Swiss law applies, to the exclusion of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
For consumers, mandatory consumer protection regulations of their country of residence apply.
13. Place of Jurisdiction
The place of jurisdiction, to the extent permitted by law, is the registered office of Ettel's AG in Switzerland.
For consumers, mandatory legal rules regarding the place of jurisdiction in their country of residence apply.
14. Severability Clause
Should individual provisions of these GTC be wholly or partially invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
